Mexico - Public Consultation on Rules for the 2.3GHz Spectrum Auction

On 17th June 2026, the Mexican Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (CRT) launched a public consultation to seek comments on the rules governing the auction of spectrum for Intelligence Radio communication Network Capacity Services.

The initiative aims to allocate the 2.3GHz band (2300-2400MHz) for the deployment of private industrial networks and to grant spectrum licenses through public auction.

All comments and suggestions can be submitted online by 15th July 2026.
