Costa Rica - Public Consultation on Homologation Rules for 6GHz SP Devices

Recently, the Superintendence of Telecommunications (SUTEL) launched a public consultation to collect comments on the proposed homologation procedure for Standard Power (SP) devices operating in the 5925-7125MHz frequency band, which support Automated Frequency Coordination (AFC) systems.

Any comments or suggestions can be submitted before 1st June 2026 via email to gestiondocumental@sutel.go.cr.
