Togo - Approve Update to National Frequency Allocation Plan

On 11th March 2026, the Council of Ministers of Togo adopted a decree approving the updated National Frequency Allocation Plan (PNAF) to modernize spectrum management and support emerging technologies, including 5G. The update revises the 2022 version.

The updated PNAF clarifies the use of key bands such as 700 MHz and 2.1 GHz, and defines spectrum allocation for mobile, fixed, broadcasting, and satellite services.
