New Zealand - 2300MHz and 2600MHz Management Rights ReviewOn 20th November 2025, the New Zealand Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) issued a public consultation on the future use and allocation of the 2300MHz and 2600MHz frequency bands. As part of the consultation process, RSM has published a discussion document which outlines band configurations options, allocation approaches, spectrum caps, and the future of non-national rights. It also seeks feedback on the term of future Management Rights and alignment of expiry dates across mid-band spectrum.
