Singapore - Three Public Consultations

On 20th March 2026, the Infocomm Media Development Authority(IMDA) of Singapore released three public consultations on Draft Technical Specifications for eUICC Subscription Management Technology:

1.     Technical Specification for Provisioning of eUICC Subscription Management sets out the configuration requirements for implementing remote provisioning and subscription management of eUICC deployed in M2M and Consumer Devices.

2.     Technical Specification for eUICC Subscription Management Technology - M2M Device sets out the configuration requirements which include hardware and software for implementing remote subscription management of the M2M (or IoT) Devices that deploy cellulare UICC technology.

3.     Technical Specification for eUICC Subscription Management Technology - Consumer Device sets out the configuration requirements for implementing Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP).
