Nigeria - Public Hearing on Spectrum Roadmap, 6GHz Guidelines and 60GHz Guidelines

On 16th January 2026, the Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) announced to hold a public hearing to solicit comments from stakeholders on the following draft regulatory frameworks:

1. Draft SpectrumRoadmap for theCommunications Sector 2025 to 2030

2. Draft Guidelines for the use of 60GHz License Exempt Band for MultiGigabit Wireless Systems

3. Draft Regulatory Guidelines on the Use of Lower6GHz

The public hearing is scheduled as follows:
