South Africa ICASA - Public Consultation on the Second Draft National Radio Frequency Plan 2025Further to Alphabet's newsletter issued on 11th April 2025, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) issued a public consultation on 10th November 2025, seeking public opinion on the Second Draft National Radio Frequency Plan (NRFP) 2025.This plan outlines how South Africa will manage and allocate frequencies to support communications services such as broadcasting, mobile networks, and satellite systems. All comments and suggestions can be submitted by 11th December 2025 to Mr. Davis Kgosimolao Moshweunyane on dmoshweunyane@icasa.org.za or Mr. Manyaapelo Richard Makgotlho on rmakgotlho@icasa.org.za.
